Thanks again for your time and help and thank you for working with me I will have my car check out there for work on it.

Hubby's car was dropped off there on Saturday, they finally looked at it on Monday, only to tell us it needs an additional $1200 worth of work. Even though my hubby's vehicle arrived with all the needed front brakes to be installed. He was going to do the front brakes on his own, but couldn't get one of the parts off to put the new ones on. When I called to ask questions, (and informed them we were probably having it towed to the Honest-1 we normally go to) but I was still was asking questions.. so maybe we wouldn't have to have it towed. Bruce copped a HUGE ATTITUDE at me, informed me it would be ready when the AAA tow arrived & basically hung up on me. If there was a remote chance of us bringing any vehicle there for service... he killed it right then!!

I have any and all of my Auto work done here now. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that don't try and sell you something you don't need or try to fool you with a false part that doesn't exist. Like some places out there would... I would recommend Honest 1 Auto care who needs work done on their vehicle(s). Satisfied customer since day 1.....Bruce Sauer, Blaine, Mn

Took my 95 Toyota avalon in for over heating, got it diagnosed for needing a water pump and timing belt, the cost for the repairs they said would be just under $1,200, that seemed way overpriced, calling around the Toyota dealer wanted $775 and my usual repair shop want $450 for the repair, doesn't seem to honest to me

Always do a great job. Plus they are not bad as far as price.
