Had them put spark plugs in my car didn't use anti seize when I went to change them later almost wreaked the threads getting them out. And had other bad experiences there would not go there

Won't be back. I sent my son there with his truck, with the discount card sent in the mail to us, with two items clearly circled with black marker - the semi-synthetic oil change and rotation. He didn't know what these even meant, which is why I circled the choices. The service performed was a full synthetic oil change and rotation, costing at least $30 more than planned, and shocking him at time of payment. This was definitely not a 'honest-1' behavior from the company.

Got my car towed here by Frankie's Towing when it broke down. I was recommended H1 by my step dad who was a mechanic. The guys here were communicative, the estimate they gave was very accurate and actually $50 over the end cost. It's been three weeks now since the repairs and my car is running like new.
