Where do I begin? Day 1- After having my car all day Wednesday, April 29 and not hearing from them, I called only to find that they had my email wrong so I never got the quote. Got that corrected, told him to start on a couple of the services while he waited for a quote on another issue. Day 2-no call with the quote. I called only to find that they had my phone number wrong. Told him to go ahead on additional services. He told me it would be done by Friday so I’d have my car for the weekend. Day 3-no call. I called only to find that the work was not done and would not be done until Monday. Day 6-Monday came and went with no call. I got this survey, so I assumed the work was done. I called at 4:30, no answer. I went to the shop only to find it closed. I left an unhappy voicemail. Day 7-got a call at 7:15ish with apologies. My car was ready for pick up. I received the services and a job was done I didn’t approve. It was the spark plugs, so I didn’t make a big deal about that. They needed to get done eventually, but I was going to wait a little while since $2600 of more important work was already being done. I was given double the discount coupon ($200 total off). That was appreciated, but to say I was not happy with the communication would be an understatement. The work that was done seems to be good, however I have had to put air in one new tires twice already. I hesitate to take it back!
