I had the most positive, friendly, honest and clear conversation with Brad regarding my Hyundai Tucson and the A/C system issues I was having. I made my appointment online and showed up at the assigned time on Monday afternoon. Brad explained what they would do and what the next steps would be. I got a call first thing Tuesday morning telling me my worst fears were being realized... compressor and dryer needed to be replaced. Ugh - $$$! So we discussed the pricing, timing and options to proceed. I gave him the go ahead and Wednesday morning my car was ready to go! Great communication throughout and no surprises along the way. Everyone in that shop is so friendly and easy to work with. Truly genuine and I would not hesitate to go back or refer anyone! Thanks guys!

I’ve been going elsewhere for service on my car but went to Honest 1 last week for brakes and rotors because it was nearby. Great customer service! Free loaner car as well. Will definitely be going back in the future. Highly recommend.

I would give Honest Auto in Blaine a 15 on a scale of 0 - 10 I had a catalytic converter installed on my car about 8 months ago. That unit burnt out a couple weeks and after trying to get converter replaced under warranty and being told a defective oxygen sensor caused the converter to burn out, Honest did all the work and only charged me for the parts no labor even though the failure had nothing to do with the part they installed 8 months ago. My son and I have had several things done on our cars here and always been very happy with the quality of the work, their professionalism, and their more then fair prices. Thank You Honest Auto

If one of the hardest things in life is to find a good, honest mechanic, you can stop your search here because these guys are good and honest! My son has an old Toyota Camry for a first car. Something was definitely wrong with the exhaust system because it sounded like a go-kart. I set an appointment with Honest-1 in Blaine to take a look and provide an estimate. I told the service mgr that the car was not worth an expensive repair if that was required. He gladly took a look at it and informed me that he only needed to repair a gasket and it was a $126 fix! I was so relieved, and even said that he could fix it within an hour! These guys are the real deal! Great mechanics, great customer service, and honest! I will be going back to them for all my automotive repair needs. Ted
