Came today..guys are Always nice behind the counter...in and out in 15min...i would highly recommend...

Brought my car in with a serpentine belt, or electrics issue. After diagnosis (alternator and battery) they quoted $1400. I could easily do this job for $250 myself but i work alot and didnt want to deal with it. I called another shop in the area, and they did it for $650. When picking my car up, i was charged $60 for the diagnostics, which i would gladly pay, but they only informed me of the alternator and battery issue. I know what is wrong with my vehicle, and they should have informed me of those issues as well if im paying $60 for the diagnosis. Recap: Didnt do a full diagnosis and tried to charge double what other shops in the area charge..

I brought my Lincoln MKZ for water pump for overheating they they’ll diagnose for the computer we’ll let you know I called them next day they told me your engine is busted you need new engine I said how much is going to cost me he said I have engine for $2400 that has 290000 miles on it plus 10 hours labor total $5400 you know I fix cars and buy parts I know how to find used parts I look at it car-par. Com same engine he told me $2400 Is $800 by that time I decided to take my car somewhere else their name says honest1 but they’re Dishonest 1not only that they charge me diagnosis but can’t give report which they charge me and told me it’s says your engine is no good my advise stay away from these guys they’re crooks.

They do great work... I feel they are honest and transparent on need versus suggestions (they don't try to upsell you). And the loaner car is a bonus.
