Went to get an alignment and was told they couldn't do it because Tie rods were installed backwards. The way they told me they went on was physically impossible. Went to the manufacturer and got schematics and advice and was told the tie rods were in fact installed correctly. The issue is on that particular model and year you have to remove the shocks to get to the caster/camber bushings. It appears that either they didn't know about this important information and/or could not or would not take the extra time to do the job correctly per manufacturer's specifications do to the fact the job took more effort than a standard alignment. I wouldn't be critical of them had they said they couldn't do it or didn't want to do it. Is that the definition of honest?

Called for a quote and was shuffled around to different people. I was trying to a little tune up, new tires and an alignment. They questioned why I needed an alignment.Then when I asked about tire prices was told they would call me back lol still havent receive that call.

Great work and very professional. Brought car to my house and no charge for anything. I Will definitely go to them again.

They did the job I wanted them to do but they drove my car 23 miles... I’m sure 10 miles + is apart of the inspection part and 5 after for checking results.. you guys decide if that’s excessive or not.. BIGGEST CONCERN THOUGH IS SOMEONE OPENED MY GLOVE BOX AND SHOVELED AROUND ITEMS. Nothing is missing but I put multiple papers in certain place in order to know if someone was going through my glove.I have just a basic mustang so can’t imagine how much “joy time “ they spend in a really nice car.. * I understand it was a individual not the whole Business .
