I dropped off the vehicle Friday told him what the problem was. that we had this problem in the past. Didn't hear from him all day. I called right before closing and they said that they hadn't even looked at it yet. That was after telling them that my daughter lives in Alexandria Minnesota the reason why I brought it in was they said that they could get it looked at that day. So when I called to ask when I could come pick it up he said we haven't even looked at it yet. I said oh I don't know what I'm going to do now my daughter lives in Alexandria and she needs a car he says well we could give her a loaner car. I said I'm over an hour away and you're closing in 10 minutes They probly should have communicated that to begin with. so I guess I'm going to have to figure out something else for transportation.Then he proceeded to tell me that they were closed on the weekends due to Covid. I totally understand we're living in strange times right now so it was not a big deal so I told him that's fine it is what it is I got things figured out and to call me and Monday and let me know what the he gets figured out. Monday came and went didn't hear anything from him thank God that I had a car to give my daughter to take with her when she left. Tuesday comes rolling around no call still. I call them finally at 3:30. he tells me that they couldn't figure out what the problem was that they had driven it around and couldn't figure it out. I told him that it was the traction control sensor that we have had this issue in the past and that is what We believe it to be and that it only does it when the roads are icy. Therefore driving it around on roads that aren't icy of course they wouldn't be able to see the problem. I seriously want to speak to the owner of this company because he has absolutely lazy staff taking care of the phones and front desk and if he doesn't do something about it he's gonna lose business because of it. I'm sure this company is a good company but whoever he has working the front desk is just pure laziness. They have zero communication skills and that will cause anger with his clients I know it did me. because I have been without a car for my daughter for 5 days and inconvenienced my schedule so that she could have my car all to hear that they did nothing with the car so now I'm gonna take the car a Subaru and for some reason I think they're gonna figure it out. Hummmmmmmm just lost a potential client that lives 4 blocks away.
