I wish I had done my homework before I had my air/cond "Freon". When I got home, I found two coupons for $60.00 to get A/C freon service, while I paid over $190.00. I feel very ripped off. The manager also tried to talk me into "finding" the freon leak. saying putting it off could end up costing me thousand $$. I won't go back there for any service. I think he saw this crippled old lady, with bruises all over my face from falling. and decided right there he was going to couge me. Honest! NOT.

My daughter has had vehicle worked on twice (different issues) & I had my vehicle done recently. We went with reviews online . Very accurate. The dealership couldn’t find my air conditioning issue , but Blaines did . Took my daughter to pick up her repaired vehicle & dropped mine off . I received a call , with diagnosis & after ok’ing it , my vehicle was ready same day . Everyone there was very polite & friendly . Best part conveniently located . Win win . Very happy ladies . Will definitely refer others .

Great car care! Phone communication is a little difficult. Phone sometimes isn't clear or I get put on hold for 30m. Other than that, Great company!

I was experiencing charging issues w/ my 04 Z71 Suburban. Where if it sat overnight my battery would die. I also went through 4 AC DELCO batteries. I've been experiencing this issue since March 17th of 2021. I went to several repair shops 5 to be exact Including Friendly Chevrolet & McCarthy Auto World & Brookdale Luther. Which is where my vehicle originated from. NONE of these dealers could find my issue. They were guessing what the problem was & fixing items on my vehicle THAT WERE NOT BROKEN... So after experiencing all the BS that these so called repair shops/ dealers were dishing out. I came across HONEST 1 AUTO CARE. I read the reviews and was sold instantly. I spoke w/ NICK and told him what I've been experiencing & what I've been through. Nick was very patient & understanding. I had my vehicle towed from McCarthy 's to Honest 1. It took Bill the mechanic 3 days to find the parasitic draw. The imbeciles that I've been dealing w/ kept my vehicle for over a week. And still couldn't find the problem. The guys @ honest 1 are very experienced w/ their craft. They also take their time & make sure they diagnose your vehicle & FIX THE PROBLEM. Honest 1 Auto Care has gained a new customer for life. If google had 10 stars for a review. Honest 1 Auto Care would most definitely receive them.. Thanks guys, Me and my Suburban are living happily ever after...
