This is an honest shop that gives you the price, not the gouge. Too often we don't prioritize our auto repairs until it's compounded, and then find the cheapest shop to do the repair. Later on we realize the cheaper shop's repairs didn't last. After you hire the rest just come to the best and get it done right with work that's backed by a warranty.

You can go to another shop and pay half the price, twice, or you you can go to Honest -1 and pay the right amount and get the job done right the first time.

I had a noise of unknown source. Honest-1 charged a very fair price, less than the dealership, to diagnosis the issue. Honest-1 was able to fix the part versus replacement of the part. I appreciate not being forced into a part replacement.

We always go to Honest 1 for our oil changes and are always completely satisfied! Great service and go above and beyond with service.

They do not follow through with their warrenty claims. Misdiagnosed cause of an issue, took litterally weeks and thousands to fix. Issue came back half a year later, same parts failing. Said it wasn't their fault the replacements failed from regular use because they misdiagnosed the problem the first time. This same answer was given to me by both mechanic and the manager. Won't be using (dis)honest1 again. Won't guarantee their work if they can find any reason to get out of it.

Fast and Friendly service. Only complaint is.this is now the third time I have serviced my truck with them.I still have never received a call from them! Yes never! I have had to call them every time for updates on my repair. I would think that calling the customer would be 95 percent of the service managers job? Three stars is fair for there lack of communication.
