Price is way to high for a simple brake line replacement. Tech told me he was not able to bleed the brake lines. I was able to get all bleed valves opened with out any problems.

We had our 2013 Sonic towed and dropped off at Honest-1. It was determined by them that the cam sensor seals, turbocharger, and valve cover gasket needed to be replaced for $3100. Although we didn't want to put that much money into this vehicle, we accepted. A few days passed and it was finished, or so we thought. Honest-1 now said the head gasket was bad after putting it all back together. Mind you, the first day they received it they topped off the oil and said it ran great. How did changing a turbocharger make the head gasket go bad? It didn't but what did happen is they didn't diagnose it properly and locked us into spending $3100 plus another $700 which doesn't add up at all. Taking the head off means digging back into the engine which you just had apart and even further. Weird how they had that done within 5 hours, but the turbo alone took 2 days. The icing on the cake was the oil on the steering wheel. I have worked in the automotive field. The #1 rule is never get oil on the interior of the customers vehicle. I would never recommend my family, friends and even enemies to go to Honest-1.

This place is awesome! I've been in twice recently, for minor issues that I just pulled in. Both times manager didn't hesitate to help me & give me a free loaner minutes before closing. Another time I just needed a front bulb replaced on headlight, technician did it so fast & at no charge. I went to get cash so I could tip technician. Brought back some cookies to show my appreciation & say thank you!!

What I Really like about honest 1 blaine is every one there really cares about your satisfaction . The techs there really know their stuff and get it right the first time . They tell you what really needs to be done now and what could wait till a later time . UnLike other shops theres no upselling , trying to con you into having work that isnt needed . I had some problems with steering, I made an appointment got my vehicle in for service, was given an honest assessment for the work that was in urgent need of repair., I really like the way they send the report to you with photos to show you what the problem is exactly, that show the Honesty in their business. I am very satisfied with the work that was done for me. I highly recommend Honest 1.

I brought in my 2014 Jeep for a diagnostic on an oil leak. Was quoted on average 4-500$ less at 4 other locations. Honest? I think not. Will not be back
