I love using this shop for my car repairs and maintenance needs. They’re always much easier to schedule than any other dealership or place I’ve used. I also needed a front headlight replaced and they were happy to help me out when I asked and was there for a separate service. They guys are all super nice and friendly!

My daughter needed her front and rear brakes serviced with new pads and rotors. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called, and the brakes were also fixed the same day. I really appreciated they had a loaner vehicle, as it saved me having to drive up to the Cities so my daughter could get to work while her car was serviced.

I've needed this place a few times in the last 4 months. Thankfully they were able to correctly diagnosis our vehicle and fix it right the first time. I like how they are always upfront about pricing and always friendly.

The guys are always great to me! They know me and especially my car.Recommending only what needs to be done & recommending what can wait for a future visit. I will continue to go see them in the future! Thanks

I came into the shop for the very first time after my car suddenly developed a scary rattle. I didn't have an appointment, but Jeremy and Zach took care of me right away. My car is older, so there are probably a lot of things that are potentially fixable, but the guys focused on what my car needed to be safe and roadworthy. Jeremy brought me out to the shop and showed me every part that needed replacement, and I felt very respected during the whole process. They needed to overnight a special-order part, so they offered me a loaner car, which really lowered my stress level. When the part came in, they got my car up and running, and I had it back the next day. I'm very glad I gave Honest-1 a try. I'll be going back. Thank you Jeremy and Zach!

Great place

Not honest. Was recently told by their staff to lie to another repair shop so that water damage could be charged under warranty instead of insurance. Stretching the truth, and neglecting to tell the full truth is still dishonest. I won't come back here.

Friendly staff that were helpful and very timely.
