My car died while driving to work. I managed to limp it to Honest-1. Jeremy and his guys worked super hard to not only fix my car in a pinch, but also to make sure I paid the best possible price. They had my car done within a day and held it for me until I could pay for it. They were kind, patient, understanding, and worth every penny. I will be bringing my car only here from now on. Brought my car in yesterday because the battery keeps dying! Had to have it jumped 3 times! I brought my car in to check it out and it ended up being a failed battery! My battery had a 1 year warranty on it which expired 2 days before I brought my car in! The guys there were so amazing and kind! They replaced my battery with a brand new one free of charge! TERRIBLE DON'T COME HERE. My car has been in the shop for the past couple days because they keep ordering the wrong part now i gotta wait until next week to get my car fixed.

I have a 2017 Jeep Renegade which was behaving very strangely. Battery went dead, and numerous check service lights came on. I was able to charge the battery and took it to Honest one. They did a complete diagnostic and were able to determine the issue was the battery, which they replaced. Also they gave me a ride home when I dropped it off and they picked me up when it was ready. All of this was done in about 3 hours. Very professional staff kind and respectful. I highly recommend using this repair shop. Thank you everyone at Honest One for treating me so kindly and fairly and getting me back on the road.

I was in a tight spot, on a cold day. My brakes were overdue for repair and I was expecting a painful experience to begin my weekend. Jeremy did a fantastic job taking care of my situation with NO sweat on my part. Service was fast, no nonsense, and got me back on the road ready to face the weekend. I've always had good service with Honest 1. I came in for an oil change a few days ago. My check engine/brake light came on just as I turned the corner into the parking lot. So instead of just an oil change, I extended my needs to the light. I was assured that all would be checked out (along with many other systems in my car). It turned out it was nothing--all systems were go, the oil was changed, and they honored the rebate "check" I had received in the mail to cover most of the oil change. Thank you, Honest 1.
