I have been taking my car to Honest One in Blaine for years. The people are very courteous and seem happy to help. I have had great luck with all my repairs! They are very honest and upfront with their qoutes, the only issue I have is how expensive they are. But, I know it'll be worth it in the end since they do their amazingly.

We have been using the Blaine and Bloomington location for our work vans for some time now. Well, I made an appointment at the Bloomington shop and our technician thought I'll go to Blaine as it was closer to his home. Well, they still took care of the van with us just showing up unannounced and took care of the van and got it fixed by lunch time. Not many shops will just squeeze someone in like that, and that is why we use them and trust them with our work vehicles.

Easy in, easy out. Staff was professional, flexible and easy to work with. Didn’t try to sell a bunch of unnecessary services.

They live up to the name of honest, work with you to get what you want out of the services. They are good communicators and open about pricing options, necessary vs nice to have, and what possible next steps may be. They keep you informed and I never had any pressure to upsell on anything. Theyve always been good to me. Nate Kaar helped me most recently and was great.

Honest 1 Blaine - A Nightmare Experience I cannot stress enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with Honest 1 Blaine. On Tuesday, July 30th, 2024, my perfectly functioning 2002 VW Jetta suddenly overheated while parked near their shop. Upon inspection, they claimed to find large plastic pieces in the coolant reservoir. As someone familiar with automotive systems, I know this is impossible given the closed nature of the coolant system. To my astonishment, I discovered that Honest 1 Maple Grove was the last shop to replace my coolant. The evidence points strongly to the possibility of foreign objects being introduced during their service. When I confronted Honest 1 Blaine about my concerns, their response was dismissive and accusatory. Instead of addressing my issue professionally, I was met with disbelief and hostility. I strongly advise anyone considering using Honest 1 Blaine to think twice. Their lack of professionalism, coupled with the potential for negligence, is unacceptable. I will be taking further steps to address this matter and ensure that no one else falls victim to their incompetence.

The customer service was Awesome!!! Nate was very Helpful!!! Called in the morning to see if I could get a appointment for a oil change. They got me in right away.. Would like to Thank the Helper Bees in the back.. LoL!!! (They did the work) I will definitely be going back!!

Honest 1 in Blaine is great. I called for a tire rotation and balance on my 1/2 ton sierra after 3pm and was got in the next day at 8 am. All others were one week to two months out. They also did a visual inspection for free. I will be back.
