I went in for an oil and rotation. upon pickup, I learned of a screw close to side wall of a tire he offered pictures and showed me). Due to location they couldn't remove and plug it. initially Jeremy gave me a quote for new tires. He then suggested doing another visual on my car. I only needed one. my tread is still good. His honestly saved me $750!!! My first appointment upon their location opening years back,, was missed on their schedule. Regardless, they took my car, changed oil, apologized and did it for free. I walked in today to get the new single tire put on, as he was bringing a car around for another woman, who was also a senior. As he extended his hand to her with the keys, she was reaching back with her card. He didn't take it. Told her it was on him. in shock, I told him, you and Josh are truly amazing. we have many good hardworking people in the world that you can trust. Thank you Jeremy and Josh for another great job and for being good to people. Its noticed!!!!!!!! I trust, Honest -1 Blaine!
