My son had been practicing for a drivers test. The morning of the test, we heard strange noises coming from the tires. Not a good thing when the only vehicle you have is going to be used in a driving test in an hour and a half and canceling was not an option, as it takes a long time to reschedule. I called Honest One and they said bring it in right away. They had the van up on a lift and fixed within 20 minutes, including a free engine light on diagnostic. Turns out my son had used the emergency break the night before to practice hill parking and the break never fully released. Honest One fixed my van free of charge, they only said for my son to pass his drivers test, and he did. Thank you Honest One for your fast service and understanding. My son is now driving himself to Vo Tech in that same van.
