Not sure yet. I have used Honest 1 in the past with no issues. Not sure if Covid changed the staff or something. I took my truck in because a hose burst and it started to overheat. I pick my truck up and they fixed my Heater hoses, flushed my coolant system, refilled radiator, and test drove to verify everything was good. The problem is when I get there the truck will not start. The battery is dead it appears. I get them to jump start it and my low coolant warning immediately pops on. Now I'm concerned. All fluid levels are full but the warning light is still on. It was at closing so I take the truck home and sure enough it is dead in the morning when I try to go to work. This is a 7 month old battery mind you. So now I am to bring my truck back to verify if it is a sensor which should have already been done before I was called to pick it up. And I will update this review as the service to continues to provide the resolution. I usually use PTL with no issues but Honest 1 was closer to where the truck started to overheat. I'm a little worried and have an appointment with PTL after my repairs are complete to verify everything is intact.
