Terrible customer service, don’t respect the timeline they give and dont update the customer. Even worse charged me more than what was quoted without adding any work extra to it. Got a quote for tire change no extra issues yet they charged me more than quoted. Plus forgot to do the second half of the job

Do not visit this place, if your skin color is darker than fair bc you will not be treated well, especially if you advocate for yourself. The owner will not listen to the customer’s concerns. Their loaner vehicle’s are also in extremely extremely poor condition and they think it’s acceptable bc it’s a free service.

Regarding the loaner vehicles, owning and maintaining a fleet of vehicles is very expensive and in spite of that we offer complimentary loaner cars as a FREE service for the convenience to our customers. I did not authorize full synthetic on the oil change - but got it any way and had to pay for it too. I was also told my spare tire was in the trunk...good thing I stopped the SUV and looked...oooops my spare wasn't there, went back in "where's my spare you said was in the back" I'll get it right away. I again stopped to look and they gave me back the bad tore with the screw in it...back inside I have to go. And I asked where my sticker was that tells me when to change the oil. Ooooops we'll get that for you too. What a major cluster f*** I am so not happy.

We only stock full synthetic oil as it offers better protection for your engine and is more cost effective for you as you can extend your oil change intervals so the overall cost of maintaining your vehicle is lower. Most modern engines require full synthetic oil and even the ones that don't are still better protected and better off in the long run. We sincerely apologize for the confusion with your tires.
